Returns Policy
You may return/exchange most items within 30 days of delivery in new condition for a full refund. An 25% restocking fee will apply only if the item is returned not in original condition such as Damaged/Scratched, or is missing accessories such as hardware, wrenches, screws, instructions, batteries.
You may return most new, unopened items within 60 days of delivery for a full refund. Item MUST be in original packaging, unused and unmodified.
We will accept an return after 90 days after the original purchase but there will be a restocking fee of 20%. Item MUST be in original packaging, unused and unmodified and MUST have been purchased from us.
We'll pay the return shipping costs if the return is an result of our error (you received an incorrect item, missing parts or defective item, etc.). Due to our "low margin" price, we do not pay return shipping for "changed mind" or "item does not fit".
You should expect to receive your refund within 2 business days of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days). Refund will only go back on the original card used for the purchase AFTER the receiving clerk gets and verifies the shipment.

All orders ship from Portland Oregon USA via usps/fedex/ups that typically arrive in a week.
We ship in the USA only, we do not ship outside of USA.
